Fusion Dynamics provides precision sheet metal fabrication services, including but not limited to sheet metal forming, welding, press operations, and assembly. All services are subject to separate quotation and manufacturing agreements.
Quote Requests
Quote requests submitted through our website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding agreement. All quotes are subject to:
- Review and verification of submitted specifications
- Material availability and pricing at time of order
- Acceptance of a formal purchase order
- Execution of applicable manufacturing agreements
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Fusion Dynamics and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Technical drawings, specifications, and designs submitted by customers remain the property of the customer. Fusion Dynamics agrees to maintain confidentiality of customer proprietary information.
File Uploads
When uploading files to our quote request system:
- You warrant that you have the right to share the uploaded content
- Files are used solely for quote evaluation and project execution
- We implement security measures to protect uploaded files
- Files may be retained for project reference and quality assurance
Limitation of Liability
Fusion Dynamics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Quality and Compliance
All manufacturing services are performed in accordance with customer specifications and applicable industry standards. Specific quality requirements, certifications, and compliance standards are addressed in individual manufacturing agreements.
